Job Position :System and Technical Support

Job Responsibilities:
- Support all software and hardware; maintain internal network and server administration;
- Perform system operation and daily backup;
- Handle technical enquiries, on-site support, workstation setup and administration work;
- Perform system administration and troubleshooting;
- Provide regular day-to-day technical support to end-users;
- Monitor and manage central Point of Sale system and provide maintenance services to all outlets;
- Prepare test cases, training materials and user manuals and provide training to end-users;
- Liaise with China office for any technical issues.
Requirements:
- Diploma holder in Information Systems, or related disciplines;
- Holder of MCP/MCSE is preferred;
- With over 3 years working experience in computer discipline;
- Possess knowledge of UNIX/Linux system will be advantage;
- Excellent presentation skills and be able to communicate with users from different levels;
- Strong in problem solving and troubleshooting skills;
- Familiar with Active Directory and Microsoft Product such as MS Windows Server and MSExchange;
- Strong working knowledge in TCP/IP, LAN, VLAN, Router and Firewall;
- Good command of English and Chinese;
- Independent, self-motivated and pro-active.
