Technical Support Engineer
Job Description

1) Engineering support
a. Supervising project engineering process, including hardware and software supervision, acceptance test.
b. Onsite support for site survey, installation or commissioning when necessary.
2) Maintenance support.
a. Responsible for technical support service to customer independently or jointly with a technical support team.
b. On site support in case of major or critical problems that can’t be solved by customer according to SLA.
c. Responsible for handling technical cases on ticket system and keep tracking these problems during the whole resolving process.
Job Requirements
1) Bachelor Degree and above in telecommunication engineering or electronics engineering.
2) 1-2 years working experience in telecommunication technical support will be an added advantage.
3) Possess good communications and team work.
4) Able to work well in a fast-paced changing environment and bear the big pressure.
5) Bilingual in English and Chinese.
6) Singapore citizen or PR.
7) Fresh graduates with the above qualification are welcome to apply.
