He/She will responsible for IN and VAS Technical support, he/she will also be in charge for the support of the delivered solutions and applications. Work hours need to be flexible. (night work) IN and VAS Technical Support Engineer will report to IN Project Manager/TSC Manager.
- To perform Technical support
- Act as the main interface with back office, to explain issues, request and apply corrections, work around and fixes
- To perform the first level analysis. Tracking the problems in the system logs
- Ensure all ticket are update in trouble Tickets tools
- 24X7 on-call duty
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering in Telecommunication or related field
- Skills in SUN, UNIX, LINUX, HP UX operating system and Oracle administration
- Good analytical skill
- Good Unix shells programming skill
- Knowledge in one or more of the following systems : IN, Network Management, VAS (WAP, SMS-C, MMS, Content base charging, Announcement service)
- Knowledge in IP, SS7 network, protocol analyzer
- Experience in Mobile network is preferred (GSM or GPRS)
- Able to work under pressure and willing to work hard
- Able to communicate in English both of written and spoken
- International mobility preferred (for short period)
