The primary area of expertise required is: RNC O&M / Troubleshooting / Integration, with experience of parameter & configuration changes, execution of data translation changes, maintenance of correct software levels, performance of diagnostics. You will be required to assist with statistical analysis, execute changes recommended by Node B & Optimization engineers, ensuring system and data integrity. You should also have good OSS-RC knowledge
The role includes: Integration of new Node Bs on Existing RNC type 3810 on P7 SW level 10, Integration of new Node Bs on new RNC 3820 on P7 SW level, SW updates for existing RNC 3810 in preparation for SWDP. You will participate in the upgrade of RNCs from P5 -> P6 -> P7 and also participate in the upgrade of Node Bs from p5 -> P6 -> P7. General troubleshooting and fault traces on both RNC and Node B and you will be required to work on own initiative and take on Mentee on OJT if required.
