- Able to make Nokia FlexiBSC (or BSC3i) commissionning & integration (A interface, SS7, Sigtran, GB over IP, Abis).
- Has integrated minimum 5 Nokia BSCs (FlexiBSC or BSC3i). Can make advanced troubleshooting on Nokia BSC.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Nokia BSC. Preferred to have Nokia RNC experience (able to make RNC commissioning & integration Iu-CS, Iu-PS, IuR, IuB)
