Summary:
Ulticom's Program Managers are responsible for the planning, organizing, and leading complex customer development projects. PM's are often the single point of contact needed to ensure that projects are managed effectively to ensure a successful delivery. Also, Program Managers provide timely and accurate status reports to management, and coordinates efforts with other departments to ensure project timelines and budgets are met in our matrixed Engineering organization.

Responsibilities Include:
Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and assessing risks. Resolve scheduling conflicts and issues. Ensure clear communication of scheduled activities and customer commitments internally throughout the organization. Support Ulticom's quality standards and procedures including TL9000 program.

Ideal Qualifications:
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, matrix software development organization. Software Release Management experience extremely helpful. PMP Certification helpful but not required. Bachelors degree in CS, EE or another related field. Master's level education in Business, MBA, or Computer Science, is preferred but not required. Experience in telecommunications, software/hardware or board development industry is preferred but not required.
