Customer Support Engineer OBS - Network and Element Management Systems
OSS Support Engineer has responsible to:
- 1. Support Data creation/modification for TRX Downgrade/Upgrade activities; including needed ET split.
- 2. Support Site creation database from OSS.
- 3. Support Site Integration.
- 4. Support BSC Reparenting.
- 5. Support BTS Rehoming.
- 6. Support CCS7 upgrade link.
- 7. Support Ater upgrade.
- 8. Familiar with CM Application and Fault Management OSS 5.1.
- 9. Familiar with Rehosting Tool in OSS 5.1 CD 2
