Mandatory skill set
- Minimum 3 years experience in GSM/CDMA radio network planning & Optimization, fully competent and independent
- Good communication & presentations skills
- In-depth system knowledge and experience in UMTS, GSM
- Strong experience in radio network planning & Optimization
- Working experience with database (Access, Oracle, SQL, etc.) and macros (Excel, HIT)
- Experience about working in multinational environment
