JOB DESCRIPTION:
Detailed Job description Having solid hands on experience of 6-9 years in matured WCDMA network
1 - At least 2 years practical experience in WCDMA (HSDPA & HSUPA preferred) as a Performance Engineer
2 - Previous solid experience on GSM/CDMA
3 - Experience with Huawei/ZTE preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. KPI formulation FOR CS and PS domain
2. Formula validation, benchmarking across vendors , dialogue with customer and vendor
3. Getting metrics implemented in OSS
4. Formulating Guideline for KPI measurements, KPI change modifications
5. Critical trigger limits formulation
