Client: Huawei HQ (seconded to Pakistan)


Position:


(1) 10 x ZTE CDMA RF Optimization Team Leaders = req 4330
(2) 4 x Huawei CDMA RF Optimization Team Leaders = req 4346
(3) 6 x Huawei GSM RF Optimization Team Leaders= req 4331
(4) 4 x Motorola/Alcatel GSM RF Optimization Team Leaders – req no 4328

Location: Islamabad, Karachi and Lahore.
Start date: 1 January 2011
Duration: 1 year extendable
Languages required: English.
Salary: Around $7000 USD net salary (please send for what they will sign for) for non Pakistanis. Please not that that salary is only a guideline. Please send for whatever they will sign for, no matter how high.
Standard work time: Standard Huawei working hours

This costs 550 USD + government fees (which vary on nationality) + approximately 500 USD out-of-pocket expenses. Half payable up front and half can be taken from first month’s salary

Job description:
(1) 10 x ZTE CDMA RF Optimization Team Leaders
1，Have excellent experience of the CDMA network optimization; ZTE network optimization experience is preferred;
2, Have the experience on the CDMA Network performance improvement and management experience, can provide the optimization procedure and optimization guideline;
3, Can do the high-level customer communication, understand the customer requirement.
4，More than 3 years experience;

(2) 4 x Huawei CDMA RF Optimization Team Leaders
1，Have excellent experience of the CDMA network optimization; Huawei network optimization experience is preferred;
2, Have the experience on the CDMA Network performance improvement and management experience, can provide the optimization procedure and optimization guideline;
3, Can do the high-level customer communication, understand the customer requirement.
4，More than 3 years experience;
(2) 6 x Huawei GSM RF Optimization Team Leaders

1，Have excellent experience of the GSM network optimization;
2, Have the experience on the GSM Network performance improvement and management experience, can provide the optimization procedure and optimization guideline
3, Can do the high-level customer communication, understand the customer requirement
4，More than 5 years experience;
(3) 4 x Motorola/Alcatel RF Optimization Team Leaders

Have excellent experience of the GSM network optimization; MOTO and ALU network optimization experience is preferred;
2, Have the experience on the GSM Network performance improvement and management experience, can provide the optimization procedure and optimization guideline;
3, Can do the high level customer communication, understand the customer requirement.
4，More than 5 years experience;
