Rate:
Up to around USD $8000 per month gross all inclusive
Working days: Normal Huawei office Hours
Nationality: Filipinos and Chinese Malaysians are primary focus - try others
Languages; Must speak good English - Tagalog/ Mandarin a bonus
Work permit solution (for non Filipinos only):
- Initially travel on business visa. Business visa LOI costs $200 one-off cost. Will get business visa before travel (60 days visa). Can extend for up to 30 days at a time. Each time extend, needs to pay $250 USD
- Later during contract (after 5 months), he will transfer onto a temporary work permit. This lasts 3 months
- Temporary work permit costs one-off cost of $920 USD. Only needs to pay this after he has been working for 5 months
- No tax (consultant will only need to start paying tax after 6months - tax will be around $900 per month after 6 months)
- Mgt fee : 4.5% of gross salary

Job description:
- Must have recent strong technical hands on experience with NSN RF equipment.
- Must be strong on NSN 3G equipment but also should have some 2G experience ideally.
- Must have managerial / team lead experience
- Technical Lead for RF team
- Daily monitoring & optimization to improve KPI
- Capacity management
- Customer & VIP Complaint Handling
- Layering strategy between 3G carriers
- New features roll-out handling & monitoring
- Support special events
- Conduct training / provide on-job training
- Weekly network KPI presentation to management
