DATACOM FAULT & CONFIGURATION ENGINEER

Job Description Responsible to manage day to day surveillance activity in network operation centre. Support configuration management and implement Software/ Hardware configuration data changes for network resource. Responsible to provide all relevant information about the current network status to the concerned department. EMS/NMS authority administration for collection of network surveillance alarms and dependability statistics. Conduct first level diagnostic in isolating and identifying fault location before escalating to field support team Perform change request and configuration in network elements. Trainings in configuration management and database changes will be provided to incumbent. Support in generating network performance reports related to core and radio access network To analyze through feedback from field staff on possible causes of the outage and provide reasons for service affecting to the shift leader. Handover events to ensure accuracy in daily outage report. To follow up escalation routines timelines and second level escalation procedures when the service problem cannot be resolved. Coordinate with third party vendor / regional technical assistance centre if the service problem is beyond the capacity of NOC. Support Network performance analysis and KPI reporting. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Having experience in telecom multinational company and being hands on with product of telecommunication multi-vendor and operator Min diploma degree Fluent in English is a must, and mandarin skill will be an added advantage Willing to be placed and travel all around Indonesia
