Position : Technical NSN manager for Colombia
Contract : for 6 months
Requirements :
- Over Ten' (10) years experience in Program management and Strategic consultancy with Multi-national Operators, Start-ups and Vendors. Actively involved in full cycle of complex, multi cultural projects and have proven ability to maximize team productivity, process improvement, quality work and profitability
- An effective planner and achiever with strengths in Operational management combined with in-depth knowledge of telecommunications technologies and regulatory best practices
- PMI (USA) Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Key strengths are Project management, Strategic planning, Business solutions, Team leadership, Budgeting, Capital expenditure planning, Contract negotiations and Vendor relations
- Solid background in Implementation of PMO, Portfolio Management, Risk management, Change management, SWOT analysis, Business development and Business process Re-Engineering
- Proven communicator and Technology strategist, ability to multitask and prioritize on cross-functional projects
- Highly experienced in Turnkey Projects particularly GSM/ UMTS/ HSDPA/ WiMAX and Nokia Implementation, Expert knowledge of 2G, 2.5G, 3G, 3.5G. Design and transmission of 3G EDGE capable network based on Rel.4 MSS and MGW.
- Excellent IP Transport and MW experience, VoIP and MPLS specialist, 3G IP Core network (NGN) rollout , VAS, OSS, IN platform migrations, Mobile Solution Architect, TXN planning, RF Optimization, TI, Civil works and RAN deployment
- Personal characteristics incorporate a balanced mix of business acumen, engineering smarts, strong subjective presence along with a humble interpersonal leadership style
