Responsibilities Basic network troubleshooting Providing quality Customer Service and follow-ups Providing 1st level of support for hardware and software in desktop environment and office applications Data Entry Requirement Min IT in Diploma or equivalent Candidates who do not have the min qualification but have good troubleshooting skills will be considered! Prior experience/ Internship experience in 1st Level troubleshooting is preferred! Customer Service orientated able to perform rotational shifts and roastered duty! Speaks Fluent English and Chinese prefered but not a MUST! Mandarin Speaking required due to requirements to speaks with Chinese speaking Customers ONLY Singaporean or Singapore PR!
