The organisation has a successful track record consulting to international blue chip clients across strategy delivery, projects and business improvement. Due to a growing demand within their Telecom Expense Management practice they are currently seeking Telecom Billing Analyst in Singapore.
You will work closely with the client to assist implementing improved overall management of their telecom expenses to optimise costs and services. This includes assisting in billing audits, capturing existing services supplied and utilised, analysing service billings used/needed, investigation and managing potential claims, implementing improvement plan.
Skills & experience:
- Experience as billing analyst on the commercial side of Telco billing analysis – cost and/or service optimisation etc
- Solid knowledge of telecom products and billing formats
- Experience using TEM tools
- Strong analytical and problems solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Initiative and the commitment to achieve results
- The ability to contribute to a team in order to improve customer experience
- Operational experience within the telecom industry is ideal
