System Administrator
Major Responsibilities
- To monitor and administer various IT systems and database servers
- To set up and monitor IT infrastructure, conduct system backups and execute disaster recovery plan
- To perform network performance checks and configurations
- To manage IT infrastructure security in accordance with IT policies
- To perform relevant regular disaster recovery drill and review
- To diagnose technical problems and carry out resolutions
- To drive engage in networking projects when required
Qualification
- Higher Diploma/Diploma in Computer Studies or IT related discipline
- Minimum 5 years relevant networking experience in MNC or datacenter
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on database administration experience in the administration and support for MS SQL, Wintel, Active Directory, UNIX, IOS
- Certification of MCM, MCSE, MCTS or CCNA is preferable
- Prior infrastructure development, disaster recovery and project management experience is an advantage
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Conversational Mandarin
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Open-minded, proactive, independent, willing to learn and being a good team player
