Voice Specialist (AVAYA)
Duties:
- Implementation, ongoing management, and troubleshooting of Avaya communication systems
- Manage and handle Avaya media servers, media gateway, and IP phones etc
- Assist PM to deliver project management service to customer’s project including project planning, task scheduling, control and monitoring of project execution, risk management and progress reporting
- Assist PM to resource planning, allocation and cost control
- Organize and attend meeting to report progress and resolve any project related issues
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Computer Studies or equivalent
- At least 5 years work experience in IP Telephony infrastructure
- Solid experience in project management
- Certification of PMP or PRINCE 2 is an advantage; but not essential
- Solid work experience in Avaya products is a must
- Certification of CISCO or Microsoft products will be an advantage
- Strong networking background and understand network operation
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua is an advantage
- Candidates possess more experience will consider as Team Leader or Project Manager
