Position : Access Planner
Location : South Africa
Responsibilities
- 2G & 3G RAN Access TRS network planning for Nokia Flexi's & RNC
- 2G & 3G RAN Interface dimensioning & optimisation
- 2G & 3G RAN capacity dimensioning & optimisation
- 2G & 3G RAN traffic model dimensioning and forecasting
- Datafill creation and implementation into BSC / RNC
- Analysis of KPIs, investigation and improvement of network quality problems
- Implementation of new RAN features, and tuning of RAN database parameters
- Customer problem investigation
Nokia 2G / 3G RAN Access Planning & Optimisation
Experience
- Min 3 Years Access Planning & Optimisation, Other GSM/UMTS and/or Planning/Optimisation experience advantageous
- A minimum of 1 years experience in Project Co-ordination / team lead
- A minimum of 1 years experience in Performance KPI analysis
- A minimum of 1 years experience in Access parameter tuning
- A minimum of 2 years experience with Nokia 3G access network planning & optimisation
- International Driver's License
